People who want a companion to talk to without a subscription, and who care what the vendor does with the conversation. On the two questions this directory asks most, retention and training, Pi answers both with something specific, which almost nothing else in this hub manages.
Three things nothing else here offers together. A retention period stated as a number. A model-training opt-out that the vendor points you to rather than burying. And a published Crisis Prevention and Safety Protocol describing how Pi handles content about suicide and self-harm, which is the one document you would most want a companion app to have and the only one in this hub that has it.
Who it is not for
