Civitai’s terms of service now prohibit pornography and other mature content depicting nudity or explicit sexual acts. That is the whole reason this page exists.
It is worth being precise, because this is not a complaint about how Civitai is run. It publishes its prices openly and has more policy documentation than most of the category. ClickTug does not list it for one reason only: a site that prohibits adult content is not an adult AI tool, whatever it was before.
So if that is what you were using it for, here are five places that still do it, with what each one costs and what each vendor actually documents.

NovelAI, the closest match on style
If what you valued was anime and illustration output, this is the nearest thing here. NovelAI trains and serves its own image models rather than hosting other people’s, and it publishes a price from 10 dollars a month.
The difference from Civitai is structural and worth understanding before you switch: there is no shared model repository. You are using their models, not a library that thousands of people contribute to. For some people that is the whole loss, and no service on this page fixes it.
There is no free tier. It is paid from the first generation.

HackAIGC, if you want to try before paying
Three requests a day free, with no card required. That is not a generous allowance and it is the right kind of allowance: it is standing rather than a countdown, and it runs your own prompts through the actual models. In a category where the free tier is usually a gallery of somebody else’s best results, that is the difference between evaluating a product and reading its marketing.
Paid access starts at 20 dollars a month, the highest entry price on this page.

Covers both image and video generation, which matters if the work you were doing was heading in that direction anyway. Its pricing is not readable without signing in, which ClickTug records as gated rather than treating as absent, and the listing says so plainly.

Image generation alongside a general assistant that refuses far less than a mainstream one, with API access on every tier including the free one. If you were using Civitai for images and something else for text, this collapses that into one subscription.

The thing none of these replaces
Civitai’s model was a public repository plus generation on top of it. The five services above are generation services. None of them lets you publish a model for other people to use, or build on one somebody else trained.
If that community layer was the reason you were there, the honest answer is that replacing it means running models yourself, on your own hardware, where nobody’s terms of service applies to what you have already downloaded. ClickTug lists several tools for running language models locally and does not currently list a local image generation interface. That is a gap in this directory rather than in the software that exists, and it is worth saying rather than pretending the list above is complete.
How to choose
Style decides this more than features do. Run the same prompt through HackAIGC’s free tier and one paid option, and compare the output against what you were getting before. Twenty minutes of that tells you more than any comparison page, including this one.
Then check what each vendor documents about retention and training, which is recorded on every listing with the date it was read.
