A one month membership is 11.99 US dollars on the App Store, three months is 20.99 and twelve months is 47.99. Those are not the only figures listed: the same store page shows one month memberships at 14.99 and 24.99, and a twelve month membership at 69.99, so what you are offered may not be the cheapest price shown. Neurons, the in-app currency spent on generated photos and appearance changes, are charged separately at 9.99 for 500 or 29.99 for 2,000.

The app installs and opens without payment, with a limited daily allowance of messages and Neurons. The allowance is not published, so the practical answer is that you can try it before paying and cannot find out how much of it you get until you do.

The clearest source is the App Store privacy card, which records purchase history, coarse location, email address and name, user content including photos, user and device identifiers, product interaction data and crash diagnostics, all linked to your identity. It also records that identifiers and usage data are used to track you across other companies' apps and websites, which is a materially different position from the companion products that run in a browser. Whether conversations are used to train models is not addressed anywhere ClickTug could cite.

EVA AI publishes a specific, stable child safety document with a named NCMEC reporting commitment, which almost nobody here does. It then charges for a membership and separately for the currency that generated photos consume, lists several prices for the same membership length on one App Store page, and publishes no company address on its own site.
